Quil lemons - american ballet theater

Works by Philadelphia based photographer Quil Lemons are being displayed for the American Ballet Theater’s 2021 Fall Season on the promenade level of the David H. Koch Theater. The exhibition is co-curated by art historian Sarah Hoover, and the artist Quil Lemons, and produced by ABT dancer Connor Holloway, presents eight of Lemons archival pigment prints featuring subjects such as masculinity, queerness, race, and body positivity that are played out in disruptive images that feel like pure imagination.
